DH has been reading up on healthy plants and foods. Aloe is apparently consumable, and super, super healthy enhancing. It is a micro cellular benefit-t 2 teaspoons a day of juiced leaf and you power you cells up. It is alleged to be good for wrinkles as well. He bought an olive tree today, because olives are healthy. He wants pomegranate (sp) trees as well.

If he keeps planting trees, we will have no room for us. LOL. Bananas, peaches, plums, lemons, limes, blood oranges, kumquats, figs already in place. OY!!!

super tired. didnt get much sleep last night. was gonna go to sleep about an hour ago but got caught up writing some for my wdwfanzone article. thinking imma take some pain medicine and get drifting off to sleep.

oh so i got a referral from my doc 2 months ago to go to the university of chicago to talk to the rheumatology dept and find out whats going on with this pain and swelling im having. my doc office had to fax the referral in and the 1st time they did it wasnt a fax number and so i finally called back uoc and got the correct fax, called back my doc and told them to refax, so they supposedly did, so ive called the lady at uoc 3x already and keep getting her voicemail. getting irritated cause things arent improving. so i dont know what else to do. and now i got a letter from IL DHS sayin they wanna take me off my medical card since when i sent in my redertimantion form they didnt get my income proof, which is not true cause i sent 3 copies. and of course they dont answer the phone anywhere including springfield...so im really annoyed. hopefully tues i can get a hold of someone or try to get to the office. bah. i did everything right on my part i dont know why this happened.

ok enough venting. goodnight my friends.
Hi Jamie, Bye Jamie. Good luck with that! I hate dealing with insurance. My only grounding pillar is that God is going to get these people in the end. I hold onto that.
    Some people are like Slinkies.

They aren't really good for anything,
but they still bring a smile to my face when I push them down a flight of stairs.

Oh, sorry Gabe, we are a fragrance crazy family. All of us, i doubt there are ever less than 10 bottles of sprays, more air freshners, laundry things, restroom things, scented candles, linen sprays, et al.

And this one makes for a restful nights sleep.

Amen. Insurance people exist to collect payments and deny claims. Period, and I sincerely hope each and every one of them gets a chance to deal with the downside of their evil ways. After dealing with the aftermath of our wreck-and STILL not having resolution, i wish them joy, peace and dealing with one of their own kind.

No offense to any who are on the boards and do this job.

I know what you mean about the Mickey heads. I felt super weird taking so many for my last countdown too. Did a different type of countdown for our DL trip so I didn't need them.

Prayers that your health improves and insurance issues are resolved soon!!

I suspect there is a wee bit of irony in the fact that the station I am watching just aired clips for a special entitled, "What We Can Learn from Whitney's Life", followed by 2 different rehab ads. HMMMM.

Holy cow, that is quite the variety. I would love to do something like that though. Healthy & yummy.

I shouldn't of had KFC for lunch, but DF really wanted it. Now I'm super tired. No energy whatsoever, so I think I might go for a nap.

I tend to stay away from fast food for the past year or so. I notice that I never feel great after eating it. I stick to Subway now and that is it.

I've been trying to do that, but I gave in today.

If we end up there, I eat 1 piece of baked chicken, and corn. i skip the rest of the menu. McD's is tasty as well, but it makes me feel all boggy and sluggish. Which cannot be good. We have been making lunch a lot more often, and carrying it to work. Multigrain breads, low fat meats, spring mix greens on sandwiches, and italian dressing on them rather than mayo and such.

It looks so amazing so I set our route home from DL so that we would pass through it. Excited to add some great scenery into that long drive. Its landscape is also coincidentally what Big Thunder at DL is based off of.
Yep. Driven through both Bryce and Zion. No pictures can do them justice. only the real thing will suffice.

Other than ALL things Disney, the only other thing I long for is my old backpacking days in the rockies. I could write yet another book.
