Yep this is how they nutty get away with it. The phone will get you in trouble you are right. Unfortunately the word of a teacher is respected more than the word of a student in most cases. She seems to follow a rant pattern though. If you suspect she is going to be abusive when you go to talk to her about needing not to be able to stay after the performance, you might want to have your phone set to record video and sound and when you go talk to her have it on record in your hoodie pocket or something where the audio would pick up. (test it at home around a tv playing at the same volume so you know what works) You have really good parents and no parent wants their kid verbally abused. If she wigs out and melts down and you have it recorded I would take it to your Dad or Mom and let them listen to it and ask how you should handle the situation. I would suggest not to let anyone of your classmates know what you have or are going to do. I'd keep it between you and your parents.

Tonight I am watching Drive with my brother. The only good things about it so far is that its got Ryan Gosling in it and the soundtrack is pretty awesome. Other then that is been pretty boring.

I really need some healthy snacks in the house. I guess I do have apples. I think I will have peanut butter and chocolate chips while drinking a glass of milk. That sounds good.

Took the boys to the Y. They swam for about two hours until I got hungry. Then went home to get redressed and then out to eat. Now finishing up my researcher notes. I should get caught up with those tonight!

DD's hair looks great, she suddenly looks like a luminous pre-teen, instead of an eleven year old. Sad, but accepting that it does not last forever.

With DD home last weekend, didn't get any work done. Needed to go to the office today but Hubby wasn't helpful at all. So did what I could from home. But did get some work done that I could here. Thinking going to work tomorrow will be a must.
