I haven't read the Hunger games but I am not sure I want to.

With DD home last weekend, didn't get any work done. Needed to go to the office today but Hubby wasn't helpful at all. So did what I could from home. But did get some work done that I could here. Thinking going to work tomorrow will be a must.

I understand the hubby thing, mine refused to help clean house-but worked outside "building" his garage all day. I have refused to clean for 3 weeks now, I plan to keep my strike up until he pitches in. But your stuff has to get done for you to get the degree finished, so yours will have to help.

I was like that and then I started reading them... oh my gosh.. .they are so good.

I finally watched the last 40 minutes of the Bodyguard. i was not impressed. At all. Why was it such a big deal when it was made? Cause the plot was weak, the acting was lame and the resolution too predictable.

I will not read those books, but DD's best friend is going to see the movie at midnight, opening night, with her mom and sister.

Good night all. I am going to try and sleep. Who knows if I will sleep all night. Didn't last night even with Benadryl.

You're right. It's not a good movie at all. It was more of a vehicle for Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston. I'm guessing Houston made more money on the soundtrack than she did on the film.

I didn't know what they were about until I started seeing the film previews. I have even less interest in the books or the upcoming film now that I have a vague idea.

I really need some healthy snacks in the house. I guess I do have apples. I think I will have peanut butter and chocolate chips while drinking a glass of milk. That sounds good.

Very busy day for me today, glad it is over!
Nate & I ran some errands this morning and then grocery shopped. I came home, did 4 loads of laundry, swept & scrubbed/vacuumed all the floors, dusted & windexed whole house, cleaned bathroom, did dishes (4 times! ), & folded/put away all the laundry. Nate & I cooked dinner together- teriyaki sirloin from Kona Cafe, mashed potatoes from Coral Reef, & bread pudding from Ohana- YUM. The bread pudding turned out especially delish. I decided to pack the pup up in the car and we went to drop off dinner for my mom and visit with her for a bit. Took a nice hot shower after that and now it feels great to be all cozy in bed. Think I will finish up some reading for school then put a movie on.

No soccer games tomorrow so instead the whole team is going to get together to hang out & grill burgers and brats. Should be fun. Need to think up a yummy dish to bring.

I can make you a strawberry and nutella crepe!

Pita, slathered with Nutella, covered with crisp bacon and in oven for 10-12 minutes. Take out and squeeze on Smuckers Chocolate. Slice, enjoy.

My DD just finished it last month. Read it, was glad she read it, happy she was done with it.
