we ended up going to chilis...yum!! the 1st golden corral we went to was waaayyyy overcrowded, then the 2nd one my niece saw her ex going in so we nixed that. then we were gonna go to longhorn steakhouse but that was too pricey for us. so chilis it was and it was soo yummy. we did the $35 deal with a margarita each, appitizer, entree, and split desert. wow. we even brought home some leftovers. plus my mom and kay ate most of their food. yum.

now hopefully we will be motivated to start our workout tomorrow afternoon. gonna try p90x beginner level and imma look for my biggest loser dvd too. gotta get serious.

I think Flay is over the whole Iron Chef thing. He seems bored on there, and acts like he barely cares. Time to remove him, and get a fresh face. One that gives a louie about it.


Of course, lately, I hardly watch it, cause the ingredients are extreme, and all I can think about it the vast amount of waste of food, and that makes me crazy.

Tonight I noticed age is catching up with him. Tonights was pretty good, if I wasn't so fully myself at the moment. It was a normal ingredient, sausage.

I don't worry about the waste, in comparison to any given grocery store it doesn't even rank a mention. I have a hard time faulting anyone cause I clean my fridge out and freezer along with my bread cabinet every week.

Great day for cruise'n. One crew member jumps overboard and another cruise group has 22 people robbed as their tour bus is taken over and robbed at Puerto Vallarta.

Can see why Disney doesn't sail through Mexico anymore.

Our local stores donate the food to the rescue mission, some allopw employees to take it home. our house eats leftovers-even if I have to remake them into hash, or casserole. But the new healthy eating plan doesn't have much for waste or leftovers


Jaime-that px90 is supposed to be a great workout, the only thing is make sure your positions are correct for each item..
