Kopi Luwak or Civet Coffee
You might think having been eaten, undigested, and pooped out of animal would make a foodstuff less expensive. Like maybe free. But in the case of Kopi Luwak, or civet coffee, you'd be wrong.
The Asian palm civet eats coffee beans and while it can't digest them, it does remove their bitterness, leaving a wonderfully tasting coffee bean in its poop. Want to try some animal poop coffee? It's $30 a cup.

Me either. The producers toned it down a little bit this series over the last. The last one was too staged and it didn't work.

Missing Main Street...
Wishing a late-ish Happy Mother's Day to all you mom's out there! Had a nice day with my mom in between soccer games. Surprised her with some gigantic hanging flower baskets for the backyard and a blueberry bush- she has alway wanted one but never had one.

From what I have seen on Facebook, sounds like Tiffany is enjoying her time in WDW. So many people who are there or have trips coming up! Depending on how this job situation turns out for me....I would love to be able to swing a quick trip this fall, I am already hating the thought of being away from my sister so long while she is on her CP.

One of my DD's good friends just graduated today. She was a 2 year transfer student so even though my DD was a first year and her friend a 3rd year, they were new together. DD will miss her and her friend so not ready to be done, too short of a campus experience for her.
Here is to hoping UoI sports teams do better to hold my DD's interest without her friend dragg'n her to the games.

Thanks! Yum, both DD and I love Blueberries.
We had two trees taken down late last week. So I'm buying flowers and veggie plants yet my property looks like a war zone. It has been windy and saw dust keeps blow'n everywhere.
