having everyone giving me a daily countdown - down to the minute. But before I can go - I have to get my store covered much stronger than where it is now with the staff.
My regional director rescheduled an important back to school meeting for the entire district - because I was going to be gone.

Wow, so it is not just clock out and go home, you have to make sure two stores are covered and all promotions are ready or being set up for?


Wow, at least they value your input and want to make sure nothing is a surprise when you come back.

Ha, will you be there when Sera is?

No . I really wanted to go in September, but my CM status (since I was a campus rep at school) only lasts until the last day of August. Makes much more sense to go while I am still a CM. Booked for Aug 20-29. My birthday is the 18, which is a Saturday, and the whole family is spending it down at our lake. We'll drive home Sunday night and then Monday I'll wake up and be WDW bound, so looks like I'll get to celebrate for 12 days straight! Can't say I've ever done that before!

Sadly, they were even high then WDW direct, and by a LOT.

i will have to look at later dates and see about fewer days or something, it was over $2500, WAY too much.

That is a shame. It is crazy how the same trip can vary in prices so drastically just due to the time of year. I hope you figure something that works for you. Does your DD get a fall break?

yes she does but it coincides with Halloween Party at the parks and the rates are back up then. Ugh.

I will figure it out, even if it means 3 nights and 4 days.
