Questions for any locals out there.

Hi Folks,
My DH and I have had our dream come true. We just bought a condo about four miles from WDW...YAY! We are not relocating, just using it for vacations. We need to furnish it with everything, but can only do it a little at a time. If anyone local has any ideas where to start,or pitfalls to avoid it would be greatly appreciated. Any tips or advantages to being a homeowner that I should know? Now that it is real, it is a bit overwhelming. DH and I are coming down without the kids for a long weekend in January to get started. We can't wait!

Thanks for the congrats and Craigslist is a great idea. I've already started looking casually to get an idea of what is out there. Does anyone know how do I go about proving residency to take advantage of the Florida resident WDW passes? We are still waiting to get our closing documents on the condo back. But I already have an electric bill. (figures)
