That is the snack cart they removed during Test Tracks renovation. It came back to match the theme of the Rehab'd Test Track theming.

I think with the way they are doing it he would be okay with it. All it is now is that the Main Street Bakery will be selling Starbucks products (which is great because now I won't have to listen to DH complain about the bad coffee on property).
