I have never once lost my temper or became emotional during my time in parks. Even when one guest shoved me down and another guest literally punched me in the stomach. All i can do is make a report and, in both instances here, have the guests escorted off property by security- not because I am angry, but because I do not want others to get hurt. The guest who punched me in the gut was banned for life from all Disney Properties.
My DS has thankfully never been assaulted. Verbally abused, things thrown at him, ignored, screamed at though.
He said his last trainer was very good and taught through scenerios how to 'handle' difficult and problematic guests.

Please sir, I have asked you several times politely to not stand a top the wall, it is not safe. Now you have a choice, to stay off or the next person you speak with will be security who will not make any requests, they will be escorting you off the property.

By the same trainer he was also taught how to end a discussion because some guests just carry on. He has had several trainers but he said this one in particular taught him a great deal.

Thinking I have to buy a new smoke detector. For the past few weeks the one upstairs keeps going off when someone takes a long hot shower and when the door opens to hallway the steam sets the booger off. Pup has a lot to say.

I used to read the books in primary school. I think I was 10/11 when they came out. Don't remember the TV show that well.

Mum has a select few things that she can cook, and is decent at. Cheesecakes, lemon chicken, lasagne, and potato salad. She tends to stick to those things when cooking, or using the slow cooker, or recipe bases.

My Dad, grandma taught a few things, but mostly I'm self taught. Home Economics in high school was helpful too.

My mom/mum is a really good cook, but she doesn't cook for anything other then holidays and birthdays, so we mostly eat out which is OK by me because we go to some pretty nice places.

I really can't wait to see both of those two to come out. I've already seen F&F 6 and I think you will like it.

The only thing that I would have been annoyed with is if it was the Kings and not your BH, and that's because Kings games are really hard to watch because every two seconds you get that five year old yelling. GO KINGS GO!

I'm in bed right now. I can sleep, I don't really want to sleep. But we are going to the Wisconsin Dells tomorrow just for the day. So I won't be here most of the day.

Since we can't multi-quote this is also in response to you too, froland.

As I stated before, I am well known at TDS for keeping my cool under even the most extreme pressure. In the almost 4 years I have worked there I have covered so many other CM's shifts I can't count them, I never take my scheduled breaks unless we're running over on payroll, etc.
Also, I have never ONCE been assaulted, verbally abused, berated, etc. either. I will come on shift sometimes and I will hear some horror story about how I shoulda' been there 30 mins. ago when some guest completely took a CM apart. Has never happened to me. I don't know if it's the way I look, my age, the sincerity of my tone, or whatever.
The worst that has ever happened to me was a guest that raised her voice to me a bit about our return policy that I had politely and respectfully explained to her. She left grumbling. 15 mins. later she was back in queue and I was waiting to get more. Instead, in front of all the other guests in queue for them to hear, she profusely apoligized. At which point I told her right back that that spoke well of her character to come back and do that, in turn making her feel good as well.
