Aaahh! Run For The Hills!

Yes, the much-hated member known as 20K has pretty much returned from what turned out to be another memorable dive trip, the highlight of which included an over-hyper American knocking my mask and regulator (The mouthpiece and tube that connects to the cylinder) clean off my face at about 15m down, in the middle of a pretty extreme current, drifting WAYYYY too close to coral. You Yanks REALLY need to learn to calm down!

Anyway, I'll need a few days to recover, and then'll come the time to sweep over what I've missed, and upload pics, etc. etc. Which basically means that you guys have about three-four days before the swamp of 20K-related comments begin to creep-up again

I'm also hoping to finally join in on Thursdays with the whole chat thing you have going on. That's about 1 or 2AM over here, and I'm usually asleep.

Hope you all are doing okay, give or take.

AND - The burning question! Is Tampa fixed-up yet?

for real though, this sounds like the real life story of Finding Nemo.. with you losing your mask and finding a deformed clown fish and all... you found a clown fish, right?

I won't hold it against you, a few feet really applies pressure on people.

And for being clown fish, they weren't all that funny....

Well, it was a pretty common incident, so common that PADI (Professional Association Of Diving Instructors) decided to add a portion on dealing with that to their open water training video. Basically, if someone points and tries to swim away quickly, they'll probably collide with their buddy. Simple stuff. And don't worry, American generalisation stops here.

My son is the dive master on the Kona Agressor II out of Kona Hawaii. The two of you would probably get along like a house on fire. By the way, he is Texan too!

Hey 20k welcome back I'm the furtherest thing from a Texan but I'm sure I'm a Yank . Oh I do drive an SUV not quite rich yet key word there yet.

You are going to have to excuse a few of us American we do tend to get over excited over a few things.
