How much are you paying??

People are filling up their cars in anticipation of higher prices; as a result supplies are running low in places and prices will keep going up and up.

This is same thing that happened during the 70's when OPEC cut production. There would have been plenty of gas for everyone, and no long lines, if people would haved gassed up normally and not topped off every other day.

I topped off my tank yesterday after work because my mom called me in a frenzy and it was $2.99. This morning as I was coming in I noticed it was up past $3.00 at some stations. I'll check what it is today when I leave.

gas in my area is out of control --

3.59 -- 3.95 per gallon!!

and gas stations have run out of gas--there are several that are out -- at least I topped off yesterday

I realized that gas would go up in price but to go from 2.65 yesterday morning to 2.91 yesterday afternoon and then 2.91 this morning to 3.05 this afternoon is ridiculous. Also, I have heard of people driving around looking for the cheapest price which I think is silly. Come on people, common sense please!!!!

i just paid $30 bucks last night to fill my gas tank, and it only took it to just under 3/4 full. between gas and electricity, i am a little worrie how i am gonna make ends meet. not to mention take care of my son.

Last night I paid 2.75 and there was long lines people almost fighting over who got to go next. When I passed the same station this morning it was 2.99 and most stations are between 2.99 and 3.10 now. It is a rumor here in southwest Fl that our good friend Jeb

is getting an idea of rationing gas

. Well guess I home for the weekend. Time to break out the Disney movies and popcorn

dzney4lyf, fill-up before you come down here. I live in the next town over from AC, and on my way home from work today, passed 6 stations. Ranging from $2.91-$3.49!

Tip to anyone who lives in NJ: By law, gas stations on the parkway and xpressway rest stops are only allowed to adjust prices once a week. Thursday night/Friday morning at midnight.
