This is just an equal opportunity thread. No one should be left out if they want to go without a spouse or children. And if the shoe fits...
I can understand that, and my mother would most likly agree that I'm a lot of work. I just consider it a two way street.Originally Posted by GaRain
The tax lady can NO WAY make a spring trip until April 16th or later (magic date). I am also planning an early summer trip with my sister's family. It would be great if the OUMC were there the same time. My sister is also overworked and under-appreciated and we would enjoy some time away from the "boys" on our vacation. We could hook up for a meal (or two, or three) and some ride time with the girls.
They call me "Nana"
Still need to discuss with DH....trying to figure out the best way to approach him and honestly....trying to decide if I even want to go without him and the boys!![]()
Jedi-for those with an AP, we can get a discount on that tour we were talking about. Got this from the Disney AP section of the website:
Hop on and take off! Experience a new way to travel when you test drive the Segway™ Human Transporter on this unique Segway™ Tour at Epcot®. Right now, as a Passholder‡ you can receive a 15% discount off the regular price of $80* by calling (407) WDW-TOUR (939-8687)†. Tours depart daily but space is limited, so book your reservations in advance!
Duration: 2 hours
Also, here are the AP rates (Best rate program, no other discounts for it right now) for March 16-19 for the two other resorts you wanted me to quote:
GF: 3 nights, 2 adults $1,679.22
Poly: 3 nights, 2 adults$1,010.22 (garden wing room)
Also, here are other rates I quoted for the same time:
Caribbean Beach: $448.26
Saratoga Springs: $722.52
OKW: $722.52
Fort Wilderness Cabin: $622.20
Also: right now for AP people, they have a discount going on thru Feb. Maybe one will come out for dates in March soon, and in that case, we can save a bit more on a few rooms if we have a few AP people going.
I had some time today so I did some investigating.
