Party Time

I work for a large company but unfortunately, this year, there will be no Christmas Party!!

However, what I have done is: instead of having a 'Works Crimbo Do', we are having a 'Friends Crimbo Do' at one of the local hotels!!

Overall on the night, there will be around 150 people at the party, of which there will be 26 in our group!!

I can't wait!!... I have organised it for us all and it should be a good night!!!!!

... Proper Crimbo!!!!!!!!!!!!

The shifts I work are around the clock. (I am a Train Driver - driving express trains to and from London. It is approx. 2.5hours each way!!).
For example, I was in work at 4am this morning, but done by 12pm!! (local times!!) And so I have the rest of the afternoon free!!!

trickster, I really think that the Chrictmas icons that you used in an earlier post (the reindeer, etc.) are really cute!!!

Maybe as the Holidays come closer, you can add them to your signature for a bit?

I have been decorating my butt off, listening to christmas music, one of the radio stations plays non stop christmas music all day every day, drinking a little egg nog (just the plain egg nog from giant), My son and daughter are getting ready for a christmas play at our church next week. I have finished ALL of my shopping, started in September for the kids, I'm not stressed out, I like to cut all the lights off with the tree lights on, and just look at it.

My sister & 5 yr old niece Ariana (aka Ani) are putting up the tree (it's probably up by now). I'm doing my christmas shopping this weekend & listenine 2 christmas music on the radio & cd's!

It sounds like you have it together this year! That's so awesome! I'm the same way (for once). I addressed all of my christmas cards early, bought all of my niece's gifts back in the summer (she's 1 so it wasn't difficult), have been listening to Delilah at night while baking cookings & stuff. I also love turning all the lights off excpet the tree. I hadn't done it all year & sunday night I had a terrible headache, so I layed on the couch, turned off all the lights & then noticed the tree. It was so pretty. I've done it every night since then.

Sounds fun y'all! I am so ready 4 christmas! Now if I can wait 2 months til my b-day (Feb 3) I'll hopefully get my video iPod that I have wanted since it came out this fall! Keepin' my fingers crossed I get gr8 stuff this year! Goin' shopping tomorrow so I need 2 get my family's gifts-I hope they don't see them when I get home! (I'm getting the gifts wrapped for me so I don't do it myself & make it lok stupid-the wrapping paper, I mean!)
