Black pudding - Black pudding or less often blood pudding is a British English term for sausage made by cooking blood with a filler until it is thick enough to congeal when cooled. It is also called blood sausage (It is disgusting!!)
Tinned - Food which comes in a can! [Tinned food]
Polka dots - A pattern consisting of dots!!
Desiccated coconut - Ground Coconut
Aubergine - Another name for 'eggplant'
Minced beef - Ground beef finely chopped by a grinder and often used to make burger meat.
Gammon - Particular cut of bacon or ham (from an Old Northern French word "Gambe" for hind- leg of the pig or ham)
Treacle - Similar to syrup (very sweet & sticky!)
Sultanas - Basically dried grapes similar to rasins
Manage tout - Cooked peas in the pod before the peas fully ripen
Greaseproof paper - Paper that is impermeable to oil or grease; used in cooking
Geyser - I think it is another name for a spring - hot spring?
Quay - A quay (pronounced 'key') is a like a 'wharf' or bank where shipsand other vessels are loaded. A quay is constructed parallel to the bank of a waterway.
Windcheater - Dunno???... Waterproof jacket??
Spanner - Same as a wrench
Ice lolly - Popsicle
Swede - Someone from Sweden!!!

It's similar to the Holy Grail movie, but made for Broadway and some of the lines from the movie have been updated to fit with current times and events
