    not sure... todd, megan, and i are going to todd's parents for dinner.... but i'm sure it will be good as always. i never complain when someone else is cooking.

    It's easier when I make a bunch of his favorite foods, because then he'll eat it. But really, my DH loves leftovers from a big meal. My mom and him bonded over that. The two of them and Thanksgiving. You should seem them as Turkey Day approaches...they get this "gleem" in their eye. maybe i should consider making a turkey dinner soon...

    It's me who is not a leftover fan, but eating leftovers from a homemade meal trumps cooking a meal every day, buying dinner every day, or eating frozen dinner everyday.

    Of course I have no problem with not cooking a darn thing and letting him fend for himself. This goes for laundry too!

    And as for what we are having for dinner tonight, either we'll go out or finish up that lasagna. Either way, I'm not making a thing.

    Tonight I had nachos made in the oven and then ice cream with a banana and chocolate sauce for dessert, so a mini banana split... and it was delicious. mmm.

    I ended up making beef stew...DH request. It was a perfect weather day for it though I have to admit. Today it's all snack type foods for the Superbowl!

    Superbowl Sunday Menu

    Hot wings
    potato skins
    shrimp chip dip
    pepperoni twists
    hot dog cheese wraps
    layered nacho bean dip
    spinach balls
    mini ham and cheese calzones


    And no....we are not having a party, it will just be us. I will have all of this complete by Noon so everyone can have what they want, when they want it throughout the day and leave Mommy alone during her sporting events!
