Eye of Round roast on BBQ, garlic mashed potatoes, long sliced fresh carrots with a sugar/vinegar/butter sauce topped with caramelized onion.
Side of Disney Brown Gravy.

Hold on -
I just threw some water on him....waiting to see if he responds..ok we're good - but he's still sad all I gave him was a sandwich.

But he would like to know how he could get ahold of your left overs.....

It was a full Eye of round so there is over a half left I say at least 4 pounds or so. Have him pick it up when he picks up DD for swim practice.
I have a new microwave he can borrow for his trip back home.

I can give him the recipes, so he can make the meal for you????

We are going out to a really good steak house in Brooklyn and the best part is that we are going as guests, no cooking-no clean up-no bill

Made a fantastic pork roast today - DH did a great job finishing it off and then put it with macaroni - n - cheese...
