It was a full Eye of round so there is over a half left I say at least 4 pounds or so. Have him pick it up when he picks up DD for swim practice.
I have a new microwave he can borrow for his trip back home.
I can give him the recipes, so he can make the meal for you????

We are going out to a really good steak house in Brooklyn and the best part is that we are going as guests, no cooking-no clean up-no bill

Best kind of meal ever!
Eye of Round roast sliced real thin, dipped in Disney Brown Gravey and shoved in a fresh bakery roll. Oh yum. Slurp.

Take out fish fry, baked potato, cole slaw & noodle salad. The salads were to warm so stuck the the potato, roll & fish.

Made a fantastic pork roast today - DH did a great job finishing it off and then put it with macaroni - n - cheese...
