You leave the skins on potatos for the nutritional value and daily fiber.

A roma tomato split in half for each of us and cut in strips.
Frozen veggies mixture of lima beans, broccoli, corn, red bell peppers, and two types of squash wheels.
Sun Vista refired beans slow heated with lots of Jack cheese
Boneless pork shops cooked in corn oil, lite salt, pepper, a touch of sage, garlic powder and a blend of spices. A little raspberry syrup to give it a nice flavor also.

Mom put sweet & low in her diet coke, oops.
We each had diet coke.

I love to cook and experiment.

Lamb and mint pie, new potatoes and peas. Lovely. But its so hot that I will end up not wnating to cook till much later, so we will probably eat at about 10!!!

OOOH buddy!! It's "Moe's Monday" here at our apartment..it's a weekly tradition! Moe's has a deal on Mondays where you get a burrito and soda for $5..can't beat it! mmmm...

Okay, well since it is scorching hot outside and way to hot to turn on the oven, we had potato patties (yeah Melissa, remember all those potatoes I peeled last night?), omelets, canataloupe, sliced tomatoes, and pistachio pudding.

I went to Rosewood's and brought home dinner.
Mom again put sweet and low in the wrong glass so I had to drink super sweet tea, lol.

She had fried chicken with honey, fried potatoes, corn on the cob and a salad with blue cheese dressing.
I had carne asada which was tender juicy flavorful steak, fried potatos, mexican style corn, and salad with french dressing.

I always eat the salad in the restaurant then bring home food.

Tomorrow mom will get the flour tortillas that come with the meal. Probably low sodium bacon, egg with cheese omelet, tomato and tortillas.
