What's for dinner tonight?

Its way too hot to cook

So..........its Jacket Potatoes & lots of salad & Ice Cream.

We have just had chicken fillets with salad. Cheese Cake to follow!!

Pizza, if I don't have a heat stroke on the way to the Pizza Joint. (joining the neighbors for pizza and beer. Well... just the pizza for me):grin:

We had to clean the fish tank's last night so I didnt have time to cook. We just snacked.

Dad brought some things from his garden yesterday so we are going to have lots of fresh goodies before we leave on vacation.

Tonight, maybe... corn on the cob, tomatoes, okra and (to make hubby happy) BEEF of some kind.

Now I need to figure out what to do with 2 - 5 gallon buckets of fresh red potatoes!!!:scratchin

You could send them to my house.

I'm thinking maybe the lasagna that I was going to make yesterday that I didn't get around to! :dizzy: Time will tell if it happens today or not...

Chicken parm. Yup, dissylove is cooking. Wish I could just serve a round of :mbar: for a family of five and call it good!

Oh, I have no idea... I think I have some spaghetti in the freezer that I have made. I could just warm that up and cook some noodles. That's it. That will be easy.

Oh boy, I have to figure this one out...It has to be something fast while I am on break at work.

I don't know, but I don't really care...I know it'll be homemade though!! :-D

Does anyone have any ideas for something fast and easy that can be made a home or heated in a microwave? :scratchin :worried:
