I flatten the dough as much as I can. Always add good olive oil, pizza seasoning and then the sauce. I am boring - provolone cheese and mozzerella is what goes on next, but I only add pepperoni! then more cheese - parm usually, brush olive oil on the crusts with more pizza seasoning.....yum! getting hungry!Quote:

Dinner was keilbasa(sp?) egg noodles and corn.
We had baked fish with onions and bell pepper, candied carrots and turnips.
(we are trying to eat low fat)
The cafeteria in my building had carved turkey dinner... it was like Thanksgiving, but without the family drama. Yummy!
Tonight will be bar-b-q chicken, creamed corn and some peas - the EASY dinner!
