Our kids here (Augusta, GA) started last Friday. Like Lara said, I'd hate to be on a hot hot bus or playing outside for 45 minutes in this heat! It's unbearable!

Band practice in this heat is terrible!!! But I do enjoy getting out in the end of May...
I'm ready for the kids to go back to school.. So readyyy.. Not until Sept. 5th though.. Son's been enjoying his summer, and doesn't like that i make him read and 3rd grade work to brush up on his upcoming skills he'll be needing... But. oh well, guess that's what the mommy title is there for.
School starts tomorrow!! Steph and I spent all morning at freshman orientation, what bugs me the most is all the time they spent on "being on time" and they ended the thing 30min late.....Oh well I'm sure they will never be late again:grin: . Met Brian's teacher tonight, she was a bit late for the staff meeting because her babysitter was at....freshman orientation, gotta love it.

Kids started school today!! Yea! No more day care costs while I work my measly part time job! Plus, they can expend some energy at school!!! Yea!!!:yahoo: :hurray:
Ok well as happy as YOU all are with me starting school tomorrow, I'm actually quite happy. So DONT try to get me sad......lol.
No I'm actually excited to get back.
So unfortunately there will be less me in the upcoming months. I know how WILL you all survive lol.

I'm piled in homeowrk and projects already-seven classes my senior year is starting to seem like a baaaad idea. I'm going to burn out. VERY quickly.
