Some of you have been asking me what a gmail invite is, so...

GMAIL is google's free web based email. Right now it's in testing and the only way to get an account is by invitation by another member. So what's the big deal? It let's you store up to 1 gig of email in your account, it threads messages, etc.

I like to use mine for mailing lists.
