To answer Rich, I saw Aladdin on ice years ago.
Haven't seen anything ON Broadway but I've seen:
Beauty and the Beast
Les Miserables
Phantom of the Opera
Cats
Grease
Also saw Siegfried and Roy in Vegas but that's not a Broadway type show. Nice white tigers and cool tricks though.

No. Tonight was the first time I've seen Lion King!
Unbelievable!
If you get a chance to see it....GO! The costumes are phenomenal. The puppets are so creative. The stage moves in so many directions that you don't know which way it's going to go next. Of course the music is soooo good! Thanks Elton John and Tim Rice. They added a few songs to the stage version. I enjoyed it very much. We had super seats. We were in the 3rd row in the balcony. I didn't even have to think about using the little opera glasses that are in the seats (50 pence). I liked it much more than "Mary Poppins", and I will be eager to see how "Wicked" compares to both. What a great way to celebrate our anniversay. Thanks hon! Gotta get the cd so I can relieve it again and again. I think this is the first time I've left the theatre thinking that I'd be very willing to see the same thing again.

It is great - isn't it!!
As soon as we saw it, we bought the CD because those extra songs just fit in perfectly with the show.

The list is long, and I'll have to work on it: but A Chorus Line is coming to broadway and I'm so excited.

I've only seen two real Broadway productions. Okay, they were on tour. But they both were awesome.
Grease a couple of years ago and Rent this year. I loved Grease, and I'm a Rent-head. (say what you will. I love it's message. it's the dancing on tables. But that's another story)
The public high school in my area (I go to the prep school...) is doing Beauty and the Beast this spring, which I'm looking forward to
(not only because I have friends who will be in it). They have enough money to put this on, because they did Les Miz a few years ago, and that did really really well. (Saw it and loved it)
But there are SO many shows I would like to see. Like Wicked. I love the songs. (Popuuuuuuuular!) And the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee looks cute.

The Phantom of the Opera (in London)
The Birdcage
Jesus Christ Superstar
We are surprising the girls with The Lion King on Oct 14. I can't wait!!
I think that is my whole list. I'll ammend it if I remember more.
