    I heard that one of the main indicators they used was the average blood pressure of the residents of a city. I guess when you factor in the number of seniors we have in Florida it might skew the results a bit. I mean all of Florida's major metro center's were in the top 12 and Philly is #27. They have booed Santa for heavens sake!
