Help me win Contest

I am entering a contest in our local paper to win tickets to Disney on Ice. I am stuck on a question.
According to the Blue Fairy was Pinocchio made of oak, maple or pine?
I am pretty sure it is pine, I know one of you will have the right answer. I have a couple more questions but I will post them later.

Pine? Pino is pine in Italian, but this could be a trick question. I don't think in the original book is says. It was just a hunk of fire wood.

However: "Little puppet made of pine, wake, the gift of life is thine." is attributed to the Blue Fairy from a certain movie.
