My least favorite Disney animated movies:
3. Treasure Planet
2. Pocahontas
1. The Emporer's New Groove
TP was just boring. I wasn't sympathetic towards any of the characters, none of them made me care about what was happening.
Pocahontas bothered me for the worse-than-usual mangling of history. Pocahontas and John Smith were not lovers. She was a friggin kidnap victim. Also, she was about 12. Can we say "ew"?
And the Emporer's New Groove is simply one of the worst movies ever made. Bad dialogue, bad characters, a plot so convoluted it even makes fun of itself ("How'd we get here first?" "Gee, I don't know, that's pretty weird."). Ugh. One of the few Disney movies I'll refuse to watch ever again.
There are actually a few I've never seen because what little I saw in previews etc. didn't interest me... the Aristocats is one of them. Of the ones I've seen though I guess I'd have to agree with Hunchback. I've seen it twice and it just didn't feel right to me. Not sure what it was about it.
I love the Emporer's New Groove... it's still one of my favorites and I love watching the series. Call me silly.
Sometimes all you need is a reminder that out there lies a better place... a better world... a Walt Disney World.

I've always had the feeling Victor Hugo's novel wasn't the best book suited to be turned into an animated musical film by Disney. I'm not a huge fan of Disney's HOND myself, but one of the reasons I actually own it is because of the music. I initially didn't like TBNC, but the music drew me in...now I love that one!
I never got the chance to see the staged musical. I wonder how it addressed some of the themes in the book/film. I also never got to see the show at the MGM park.
I really enjoyed ENG, even though I normally cannot stand David Spade. Go figure...
As for my least favorite that I can remember seeing, it is probably Treasure Planet.

always plotting, planning, and looking forward to our next adventure...
I agree with Treasure Planet being not the best movie, but I loved the Emporers new groove!!!!
I think Treasure Planet and Pocahontas are my least favourites![]()
I think the Emperor's New Groove was a pathetic attempt at a movie. Some of the jokes are funny, but for the most part it seemed like it lacked a lot. And I've seen Treasure Planet. Maybe I should watch it so that I can complain about it here.![]()
Robin Hood
That movie bugs me to no end.
Most of my least favorites would be spawned from Sequels,
Aladdin and the King of Thieves
The Little Mermaid 2
Lion King 2
Those are just a few of them that I really didn't like.
my least favorite by far is the black couldren.(if thats's how you spell it.) I just found it gloomy and sad/![]()
