April, Morocco is correct for the opening in 1984.
But, the closing was Mr. Toad's Wild Ride in 1998.

In Disney World, the last of the Epcot resorts planned around Crescent Lake, Disney's Boardwalk Inn, opens. The resort re-creates the vacation charm of the Mid-Atlantic coastal cottages of the 1930s. It is located on a small lake on the Epcot-Studio waterway, visible to and just across from the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. The Boardwalk Villas (a Disney Vacation Club property)
also opens.
