Club 33

Why did they name it Club 33? Is there any meaning behind it?

All the shops and restaurants on that street in New Orleans Square have address numbers, like a "real" street would. Club 33 is #33 on that street. The shop next to it is 31. The shop on the other side is 35. It just is. <shrug> Whether the places have those numbers for any particular reason, I have no idea.
