Yes, it is a Sherman Bros. (in fact, ***hint***, it is Richard Sherman that sings the song in the sound track. And it is none of the ones you mentioned.
In the soundtrack it is listed as a "bonus track" since it was not used in the movie.

More hints: There are 3 'bonus tracks' in the soundtrack; 2 of the songs were sort of 'put back' into the movie when the DVD version came back (one uses stills because the original film was lost). This is the 3rd song, which would have been part of the animation part.
