Sorry Brian - incorrect. Anyone else have a guess? I'll post the answer tomorrow (London afternoon time). I rode the ride a million times back in the early 80s and I remember stupid things like this.

The Fifth Dimension - Up, up, and away?
I was never at WDW during this time frame, but, for some reason, I think I remember someone saying somthing about the song "seperate Ways" by Journey (or I could still be way off) I'm not sure what this would have to do with Space Mountain, though since RCA was the sponser at the time maybe it was just a matter of having somthing colorfula and attention grabbing to focus you on their wonderful RCA television sets?
The Group was Blondie and the song was Dreaming (it was a short concert clip - that ran over and over again). It played for at least 2 years (2 years in a row that I was down there anyway so it may have changed outside of those 2 years).
I thought they used that clip of me in Frontierland singing it's a small world over and over and over and over again :(
Sorry Lou - maybe I was mistaken - maybe you look more like Debbie Harry in person!
Good thing you didn't leave it up any longger Pipper I think if I had kept trying I would have went down swinging at the air on that one, that's the way it goes at the old ball game some times. So what was the reason they showed that video there? Was it basically showing off various RCA Telivisions? Or am I way off base in that regard too??
Brian,
Sorry - I was just a teen ager back then and didn't pay attention to why (RCA ad or what not). I just remember the video over and over. I'll see if I can find a link between Blondie - record companies - record labels - with RCA.
I do miss seeing Nipper the dog as you entered Space Mountain though.

Brian,
Great Web-site by-the way. Thanks - it brought back many great visual memories.
