In 1966, trumpeter/singer Louis Armstrong was approached by Walt Disney to record a number of classic tunes for the Disney Company. Armstrong once said,
"All music is folk music. I ain't never heard no horse sing a song."

Si and Am were mean little cats owned by Aunt Sarah in Lady and the Tramp. They were voiced by Peggy Lee.

Sorcery in the Sky was the closing fireworks show at the Disney-MGM Studios. It featured a large inflatable Sorceror Mickey that shot fireworks from his pointing finger. It was narrated by Vincent Price.

In the 1930's and early 1940's Good Housekeeping magazine had a monthly page of Disney illustrations tied to a recent cartoon or animated feature release.

The Village Resorts consisted of villa type accomodations, from one bedroom units to townhouses. They were located on the land where Saratoga Springs DVC is today.

In the early 1970s, Walt Disney World had plans to build a Thai style hotel called the Asian Resort. It was to be built about midway between the Magic Kingdom and the Polynesian on the monorail line ... in a spot now occupied by the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

In 1946 a tough alley cat character appeared in Pluto's Kid Brother and another film, Cinderella had a cat with the same name. The name? Lucifer.
