Hrm well yes and no... we didn't SEE a guest drop something and then keep it (that'd be wrong... if we see someone drop something we grab it and get their attention to return it) but we have twice kept something we found after someone dropped it. Once was an umbrella (it was lying on the ground, we asked and it belonged to no one around) and once was a gibet for crocs.

Yes, my wife burnt her leg on my motorcycle muffler while getting off the bike. They treated her with no hesitation, but asked her over and over if we think the injury was due to WDW. Of course we said no but she kept asking, probably concerned over a law suit.

Have you ever laughed at the person getting soaked on the rapid ride in AK, and then you get soaked next?
