Guidelines and Conduct

In order to keep the forums fun, and family-friendly for WDW fans of all ages, there are some general rules and guidelines we need everyone to follow:

Conduct on the Forums

There are certain behaviors that will not be tolerated on the boards. They include:

"Flaming" - No abusive, malicious, or personal attacks will be tolderated on the boards. As we can monitor any and all posts, a user will be removed and banned from the boards if they participate in this type of behavior. If you see a post that contains this type of message, please notify the Administrator or Moderator immediately.

"Trolling" - Trying to pick a fight? If a user delibertaly tries to antagonioze or harass another user or users, he or she will be removed and banned from the boards if they participate in this type of behavior.

"Spam" - Like junk mail in you e-mail inbox, we also do not like "spam" email messages. If a user posts junk email, or anything trying soley for the purpose of soliciting business for himself or a company, (e.g. self-promotion), the posts may be deleted at the discretion of the Administrator and/or Moderator(s). If recurring behavior like that continues, the user may be removed and banned from the boards. Please note that members may, however, post items for sale or trade that may be of interest to other members (e.g. Disney-related items, theme park products, etc.). Non-relevant items may be removed.

Images - Any image(s) posted by a user myust be the property (that is, taken by) the user. Posting of photos and graphics from other websites/publications is strictly prohibited unless you have permission from the owner of the work.

Stick to the topic - Please be sure to post a topic or question in the correct board. Persistent posting of messages or threads in inappropriate boards will result in account termination. Make sure you read the description of the board before you post! Thanks!

Illegal activity - This one is a no-brainer, and we have a no tolerance policy for same. Any user who posts any information, data, text, software or graphic files, or other materials ("Content") that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, hateful or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable will be immediately banned from the boards and reported to the appropriate authority(ies) if necessary.

Adult Content - No adult content, including text or images, will be allowed at any time on any forum on the disneyworldtrivia.com boards. Any post will be immediately deleted and the user banned from the forums. If you see a post that contains this type of message, please notify the Administrator or Moderator immediately.

Advertising - While the posting of certain personal items for sale is not phobited, please note that threads or posts created solely for the advertising or promotion of products or services that are not related to the subject matter of this site and/or forums may be removed at the discretion of the Administrator and/or Moderator(s). Anyone who wishes to advertise in this manner, should contact the Administrator for permission and/or advertsing rates. This includes posting or sending unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation. If you would like to advertise on our site, please contact sales@disneyworldtrivia.com.

Multiple usernames - Multiple user names are not allowed. If a user attempts to create more than one username, the new names will be deleted. If you require a new username or forgot your password, contact users@disneyworldtrivia.com

Malicious content - Anyone that posts or transmit any content that contains a virus, Trojan horse or other mischievous Content will be immediately deleted and banned from the forums.

Please note: It is impossible for us to monitor every single post that is immediately put up on our site. Therefore, we are not in any way responsible for any of the content posted herein, nor do we endorse, support or in any way authorize any posts made on the forums. It is a public forums and therefore subject to public opinion and commentary. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, value, etc., of any message or image posted herein. The messages express the views of the author(s) of the message(s), and not the views of disneyworldtrivia.com or any of its members, Administrators, or owners.

If you find that an image or message is offensive or objectionable in any way, please contact us immediately by at urgent@disneyworldtrivia.com . We will do our best to remove any objectionable within a reasonable time frame.
