I had a little trouble too. Because I don't have enough posts yet the forum won't let me post the link to Lou's instructions. To get to the instructions, go to Forums -> Technical Support (almost at the very bottom of the page). It's the second post in the forum.

yeah, it was me being an idiot; i managed to sign up for my account using two different halves of two different emails; DOH!! Got is sorted now :)
