Jafar is pretty uncommon. The best place to meet him (outside MNSSHP, during the Halloween season) is at Animation Building at DHS in the afternoons. However, there is no guarantee to this.
Also, Shan Yu is retired, and no longer comes out at WDW

I've seen Jafar in Morocco a couple of times, and I see Cruella DeVil at DHS fairly often.
I saw Lotso at DHS.
I saw a front porch swing...
Oh wait, never mind.
Yes, Cruella has officially been done to death. They've got her in your face all over DHS and MK. Same thing with the Stepmother and Stepsisters, but thankfully they've backed off with them a bit.Quote:
