Ticker

OK, how do I get my ticker from tickerfactory to my sig line? (I know, stupid newbie question)

Never mind....I did it! :blush: :grin:

Don't feel bad. I had one before and can't remember how I did it and can't seem to do it again. I gave up.

Just make your ticker and copy the Bb code then go to your edit signature (on DWT) and paste it in there. It should work as long as you are in the standard editor mode (that's under edit options). :thumbs:

UUUGGGHHH!! I've tried with 2 different ticker sights and I keep getting the invalid file message. I give up!!!

Are you able to create the countdown you want on their site?

If yes, is your problem then getting it into your signature?

i can create it but once i post the BB link it gives me an error message that the link is not valid

Okay, I just created a testing ticker. After creating it, I just completely copied the entire box labelled "bbCode" and then pasted it where I wanted it. It works both in this post and in my signature.

If you quote this post of mine, you will see exactly the code that is used to generate the image. That code needs to get into your signature.
