You put it on photobucket.com and do the same as you would do with posting a picture.

But isnt there a part on photobucket without a hot link? I use photobucket all the time for sigs or posting an image...actually...I grabbed an image from photobucket and used photo bucket to post it...

All you have to do is use the code next to Img. If you just copy that code, it will work here on DWT.com and no hotlink. And it is the ONLY way photobucket should be used so not to hotlink.

Also. When I did the image grab, I am using photobucket to post it hotlink free.

Ok...something is up with the site...things with a URL inside the image code ([IMG]placeurlhere[/IMG]) usually work...is something up? The button for posting an image that is in where you type a message is gone too...am I loosing it?

When you post something this way you are hotlinking.

From the photo posting guidelines:

4) In keeping with the above, we ask that you refrain from "Hot Linking" (inline linking) or directly linking to photographs stored on DisneyWorldTrivia.com to posts at other websites, as it uses up bandwidth, which in turn causes a financial burden on the site. Again, posting an image by putting it's URL (http://www.disneyworldtrivia.com/images/hp_book.gif) is fine (and encouraged!)

If you want to post a photo on DWT, upload it into the gallery and post it with the img tags or post the url for people to click on.

Ok...the code for posting images only works in a sig now? What is going on? I KNOW I have posted images on here, I even posted an image on disneydreamer98's thread about a disney pic a day!

So I cannot post an photo using the image tags, unless that photo was stored on dwt.com? Sorry, I am trying to figure this out...I am a bit confused I guess...so even if the image does not take you to another website if you try to click on, there for it is inactive, you still cannot post it?
