D)256, didn't fit the pattern of incremental increases following this pattern 4, 8, 16, 32, etc. - CORRECT (Pattern actually is double the number and add 1...)
[see notes above]
4/5 are correct, and yes, you should be able to "guess" at E. You have to think outside the box for this one, but simple, really.
and the answer DOES work -
MAKE SURE WHEN YOU PASTE THE URL THAT YOU use the format ".../DWTfan/answer.jpg"
EXAMPLE -
so if answer is 1000, then URL = http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b82/DWTfan/1000.jpg
You're almost there ... !

He's having delusions of grandeur T-Nina.
So the answer to E is 2, but I'm still not certain of the pattern.

Not really an algebraic pattern, but related to characters...

I picked 2 because it fell outside the pattern of repeating numbers. A single number, a number repeated, a single number, a number repeated......

Hmm ... without giving it away
. Yes, answer is 2 (erroneous number in above series), but why?
Clues: Think - characters, and words.

That's a good observation, until you get to the ...4, 3,...

Hmm... anyone? anyone??
Here's the BIGGEST and FINAL clue for the series:
E> 3 3 5 4 4 3 5 5 4 2 3 6 6 8 ...
(which is the erroneous number???)
Clue = one, two, three, four, five, .....

It is 2 becuse the pattern should go 3 3 5 4 4 3 5 5 4 3 6 6 8 without the 2 as 1 has three letters in it then 2 has three then 3 has five. It just keeps going up like that if you take the 2 out.
