I thought it would be cool to start a thread w/ some brain teasers. this is how it works. i'll give one to start off w/. whoever gets the right answer first posts one of their own, and so on.
here's an easy one to start off with
How can you throw a ball as hard as you can and have it come back to you, even if it doesn't hit anything, there is nothing attached to it, and no one else catches or throws it?
No clue on e these one but it seems like alot of fun!!
how about if you hit a crack maybe it would come back to you then?

You are on an island in the middle of a lake. The lake is in a remote part of the country and there has never been a bridge connecting the island to the mainland. Every day a tractor and wagon gives hay rides around the island. Puzzled as to how the tractor had gotten onto the island, you ask around and find out that the tractor was not transported to the island by boat or by air. Nor was it built on the island. Explain how the tractor got there?
It was brought there during low tide?
the lake froze during winter - and they drove the tractor over the frozen water?
I'm good with any of their answers... or it fell out of a plane and landed there?
