Three things part of my weekday morning routine:

- COFFEE, one cup while I get ready, one to go.
- Check emails, FB and DWT.
- Hot shower.

When the kids are home:

- COFFEE
- Make AJ's lunch
- Say the following words repeatedly: Hurry up and get dressed, we gotta go.
(Get a hot shower in somewhere in there).

Weekday routine (when I'm in town, anyway)

1. Gym. Heavy deadlifting Monday, Wednesday and Friday; the still rings Tuesdays and Thursdays.

2. Group PT. Some days, it's actually worth getting out of bed for.

3. Coffee run.

Morning Routine:
1. Out of bed brush teeth nothing else happens until i brush the chommpers
2. Revision of plans to mete justice out on those who defy my rightous will...oh did I type that out loud? I mean review plans for the day
3. Drop in to see the night shift guy to see if anything exciting happened.

Morning Routine:

1) Cuss out alarm and stumble to the shower
2) Pack my lunch for the day and take my Synthroid
3) Plug the iPod into the car and head to work
