i don't believe in resolutions, just setting yourself up for failure. if something is important enough to you, you'll find a way to make it happen.

    I'll start it off then...

Done some soul searching this morning and decided, I'm going to reinvent myself this coming year. Stop smoking, start exercising, lose at least 30 pounds, and try not to stress about every little thing. Then when January 4th comes....

My new Year's resolution is to visit WDW as many times as possible this year! Hopefully, I'll have a little one next year, so that will have to cut down on my visits for a while.
Oh yeah, I'd also like to loose 20 pounds before I get pregnant just to tick me off!

Oh, this list could get mighly long (and unrealistic)
    1. Lock my self in my office and edit Volume II
    2. Get my fat butt back to karate at least 2x a week
    3. Find a way to slow down time, to prevent my kids from getting older, and allow me to get stuff done at home
    4. Qualify, enter and win the main event in the 2006 World Series of Poker
    5. Make MouseTunes the best WDW podcast out there
    6. Sign up 10,000 members on DWT
    7. Always remember the importance of my family
    8. Lose my spare tire (see #2)
    9. Meet at least 10 members of DWT in WDW for the first time
    10. Figure out what 4 8 15 16 23 42 mean
    11. Continue to improve DisneyWorldTrivia.com for the benefit of our members
    12. Figure out how to do 1-11, since I don't have time as it is!

Not really my place to be offering advice of any kind, but for those of us who are wanting to drop a few pounds or otherwise get into shape (*in his best merchant from Aladdin voice*), I theenk you would be most rewarded to consider theees.......

    www.russiankettlebells.com

Bottom line up front, this is the single most effective exercise I have ever found, and believe me, I've been looking. Whatever your fitness goals, these things can and will do it all. And no, I don't earn a commission from sales or anything like that. I've seen these things whip soldiers, sailors, marines (even the occasional airman) into shape; getting stronger, faster, and leaner in absolutely record time (if anyone is interested in specifics, feel free to PM). I've used them myself for close to two years now, and I can only lament that I didn't know about these things a long time ago.

The best workout you can get, and you never have to leave your living room. As little as twenty minutes a couple times a week will work proverbial wonders.

(Not to mention, these things are actually kinda fun, too.)
