Dunno why, but this topic just had me flashback to high school; when the scourge of the now stone-age computer lab monitors were the ceaselessly witty profanities typed as epitaths for unlucky settlers on their way west in The Oregon Trail program...........

not attempting to de-rail the thread here, but I just wanted to say that when I was in school, we would go to "computer" which was basically just our class sitting in the computer lab playing Oregon Trail for an hour. anyway, my friends and I would have competitions for who could kill off all their settlers the quickest. the epitaphs were awesome (and sometimes they would even save!).

here's a quick epitaph, to help stay on target:
