Thanks! (here's another one for you)! Yams and marshmallows are my son's favorite! This isn't my exact reciepe but it's close.....

MARSHMALLOW SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

8 med. sweet potatoes 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. hot milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg 1/4 tsp. paprika 1 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 lb. marshmallows Cook sweet potatoes until tender. Remove skins and mash. When smooth, beat in butter, milk, salt, spices. Beat well. Fold in walnuts and turn into buttered baking dish. Top with marshmallows and bake at 350 degrees until marshmallows puff and become golden brown.

3. Do you have alot to be thankful for? I always do but this year in particular I think I've even more. I've got my wonderful husband, my wonderful son, our wonderful new home and an excellent prognosis for my cancer. Life is good!

5. Do you donate turkey's and other food to local charities? I used to participate in a charity that collected money to feed the poor at the holidays... had a bad experience and stopped though.
