In Nov. 2008, wheelchairs, strollers and ECV's could be rented from three locations in Downtown Disney; Guest Relations, Disney's Wonderful World of Memories, and DisneyQuest Emporium. Disney has moved the rentals from Guest Relations to a small shop right across from the rest rooms near Once Upon a Toy. It's considered to be part of the Team Disney Store. The other two locations have not moved. Strollers and wheelchairs can be rented from any of the three locations and can now be returned to any of the three locations regardless of where they were first obtained. That's a change from when I rented a wheelchair in Nov.

ECV's still need to be returned to the same location from which they were obtained.
