Found a weird one but it doesn't look like a genuine HM but was in an area where only a castmember could have gained access to i'll add the picture below.
It was in the queue for the TOT scratched into one of the "dusty" windows.

CM's put in most of the HM's, so it's no surprise. I'd consider it an HM - it's close.
