So I got lucky today and got to sneak into Idol. I Found a Mickey on the stage! No picture yet but here is my best try at describing its location.
On the main stage arch, starting at your right go up the arch (to your left), between the 2nd & 3rd round light, there is a Mickey in the grayish paint between those two lights.
Hopefully someone will be able to get a pic during the rest of the previews or shortly after opening.
I spotted this one myself when I was there a week or so ago, although I didn't notice it when I was inside the theater, but rather when I was watching the finale show on the screen outside. The camera zoomed in on the host standing on the stage, and right behind him on that gray arch, there was that classic three-circle hidden Mickey!

There's actually quite a few of those on the arch.
