Angels and Demons

I saw Angels and Demons the other day - GREAT movie!! I actually liked it better than the Da Vinci Code

...anyway, Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) wheres a Mickey Mouse watch - it was a cool little Disney reference in the middle of the movie

Re: Angels and Demons

Langdon wearing of the Mickey Mouse watch is straight out of the book. It's nice that they have directly referenced it. Quite like the use of the jailer's dog in PotC

Re: Angels and Demons

Have not seen the movie yet, but hope it is better than Da Vinci Code. I really liked the books, but was disappointed in first movie.

Re: Angels and Demons

Angels and Demons was awesome!!! And I too, thought the Mickey watch was a cool detail! I thought the movie was waaaaaay better than The DaVinci Code.

I'm with you... they never get a movie based on a book right! I've quit going.

Only exception to that was I did go to see 'Sahara'. I knew it would have absolutely nothing to do w/the book, but Matthew McConaughey was some sweet eye candy. And if you forgot about the book it was a fun little adventure movie.

I read all Cussler books and the biggest gaping hole to the whole movie was why was all the gold transfered and why on that particular ship. KInda takes the coolness out of it without A.L.
Whoever read the book knows what A.L. is.
