Here's a movie one my DD pointed out to me: In The Nightmare Before Christmas, when Jack is acting as Santa and giving out the presents, there is a scene with a little girl and boy who receive a dracula-ish doll and a wooden duck with bullet holes. The girl is wearing Mickey Mouse pj's and the boy's are Donald Duck.

    tarynkelly,

I'm accumulating Hidden Mickey posts and photos from Disney movies on my website (www.HiddenMickeysGuide.com); look for "Disney Movies" in the "Other Disney Hidden Mickeys" section of the Hidden Mickeys Catalog page. Folks have sent me some awesome photos!

Sometimes I do, but most of the time I'm too busy enjoying myself. I would say that I've found about 4 or 5 mickeys (sad, I know), I just don't seem to be good at that sort of thing,

The second time we went to Orlando we stayed in Coronado Springs for 2 wweks. We knew about hidden Mickey's but we just couldn't find any. The following year we stayed at AK Lodge and bought Steve Barrett's book. Once we found one we found more and on our last trip found some really good ones

I'm always looking, I just haven't found any yet. Yes, I have the book, but I seem to be missing the observant gene.

If you have trouble finding Hidden Mickeys, start with the ones with one or two-point values. These are usually easy to find and may even border on being decorative Mickey images (not really hidden).

Have not found a "new" one yet, but we do look. It is so bad for my DD, when we watched Trading Spaces on Saturday, Hildy did a room with black 6 inch gaskets connected all over the room and when Kealani saw the finished product, she said, Oh look, Mickeys all over the room. Wow, she has it a case of MM on the brain.

We used the Hidden Mickeys book and had a great time. Looking for Hidden Mickeys slowed us down in the parks and gave us a greater appreciation for the detail around us. Our 6yr old was constantly on the look out for them. It is a neat feeling to spot these Mickeys because in a sea of thousands of people, they are often overlooked.
