Share your Hidden Mickeys....

Okay, I know alot of you are Disney fanatics like myself.

I would like to say born & bred like the Breakey clan or like our webmaster Lou, but as much as my family enjoyed Disney I seem to have recieved the greater amout of Disney genes.

My children though, are definately born and bred. Gotta love it when they point things out to me. Questions for the games and of course.... Hiddden Mickeys!!!!

As young as two years old my DS used to put three oreo cookies together and "Look Mommy, Mickey!" (Although his big sister was quick to point out that they were not in the correct proportion. )

As recent as last week my now fifteen year old DD has shown me a gymnastics bruise and told me look "Mom, a Hidden Mickey."


I found the Hidden Mickey in the picture below two years ago while on Vacation in the Outer Banks of NC at our usual condo.





So you may be asking yourself, "What is she getting at????"


I am wondering if you all see Hidden Mickeys in everyday life as well as the ones we love to hunt in Disney movies and Parks?

One of my favorite hidden mickeys is one you couldnt see before, and can't see now - the big hidden mickey head that is made up by the chinese theater in MGm and could only be seen from the air

You know, I have never really seen any hidden mickeys. I know, I'm ashamed too! I was looking for the wrong thing though. Instead of looking for the :mickey: I was looking for either the shadow of Mickey or just a Mickey in full color. Now that I know what I am looking for, and where to look, I am going to find some.

a hidden Mickey can be anything related to him. There used to be one in the Great Movie Ride that was only part of his yellow shoe. It can be a shadow. It doesnt have to be the 3 circles

There are some HIdden Mickey's on the "Darkroom" exterior at the studios, the ones that look like a set of ears (hat)

Here is another one that is from everyday life. I was on the do it yourself network website. Here was a flash ad on there with two different sets of three moving bubbles. For one split moment they both formed Mickey's! I had to watch it several times to make sure I wasn't seeing things. Took a few attempts to capture it.

I'm not sure if this is one, or if everybody else knows about it already. I dont know the name of the shop, but its where they embroider things and sew names on mouse ears in MGM. On the counter where you check out and fill out the form to customize your product(also its by the machine that does the sewing, i think) there a three holes in the counter. It looks like the holes in desk where you run wires from the top of a desk to underneath it. Well, these three "holes" look to be a hidden mickey. I asked a CM and she said it wasnt, but i didnt know if u guys had heard or seen this.
