In its 36+year history at WDW, has it ever undergone some changes over the years because I have gone only twice in the last 20 years (last night being my second -- yay!), and I wanted to know if anything had been changed.

From what I have noticed, there really havnt been any changes, but then again I was only 2 when i went the first time and my memory wouldnt be that great from that age. I talked to my dad after looking at pictures and he said that he never noticed any changes. I think thats only over the same 20 years that you would know about.

I too have seen it in the mid 80's and today and seem to believe that it is still the same fun show.
That's a good answer. And that's one I'd definitely live by.
I'm happy with the fact they don't change the show (except for live banter) and it's been that way since 1971.
The only changes have been very minor, such as blocking adjustments and lighting adjustments and things like that. The show is pretty much one of the few that has gone on untouched since its opening.
