I caught myself yesterday during a stressful meeting thinking of dear old General Knowledge - "real stress or imagined stress - your body doesn't know the difference. Only you do!"

So, if anyone that helped with that attraction happens to read this - thank you, it did exactly what it was supposed to! Even years later, I'm smiling while remembering what I learned there.
